My name is Jacqueline McClure. Yes, I was named after Jacqueline Kennedy...however, she probably never used the F-word as much as me.
I was born in the 80's, but have a deep love for early 90's music and culture (hence the blog name reference). My parents never enrolled me in sports as a small child and I'm still bitter about it. I was that girl that got a pony (ok, horse. I was always too tall for a pony) and rode competitively for 8 years.
When I went to college, I thought I wanted to be a journalist after I graduated. Then I went to grad school and realized I wanted to make money. I closet smoked cigarettes on and off for 10 years. Gross. I know. I joined a sorority kicking and screaming, only to turn around and run all of them on campus. My friends have said, "I'm glad she's on my side because I'd hate to have her as an enemy."
I moved out to California with my boyfriend after only being together for 6 months. I used to say, "I don't trust people who don't eat meat" and then became one of those people while living out there.
This blog is for my friends (cyclists and non cyclist) and family to keep tabs on what I'm doing. And for myself, to reflect on the events that happen in my life. Also, I love BRAVO, E!, Mexican food, Speculoos Cookie Butter, and craft beer...in no particular order.
